**Return and Refund Policy – Clairis™**

We want you to enjoy your Clairis™ experience ! Otherwise, here's how we handle returns :

📅 Return Period:  You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

**📦 Conditions:**
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.

**💸 Refunds:**

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 days of receiving the returned item.

**📬 Return Procedure:**

  1. Email us at contactclairis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

         2. We will send you return instructions. 

        3. Ship the product to the address provided.

**❗ Note:** Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective.
